A 66 year-old male presented with low grade fever, vague abdominal discomfort, epigastric pain and nausea. His past medical history included retroperitoneal lymphoma, laparotomy, and small bowel obstruction secondary to adhesions. A CT was performed to investigate the provisional diagnosis of diverticulitis, which showed pancreatic and right hepatic masses.Images
